The part you already recognise
You can feel where the time goes.
Someone on your team spends their morning copying information from one system into another. Someone else answers the same five questions every week. A request comes in, and it sits, not because nobody cares, but because it has to pass through three people first.
Nothing here is broken enough to fix urgently. That's exactly why it never gets fixed.
Meanwhile the work is growing, and the only obvious answer is another salary.
What changes
What your week looks like afterwards.
Your team stops doing work they resent.
The parts of the job that made good people quietly disengage, the copying, the chasing, the re-typing, stop being their problem. What's left is the work they were actually hired for. People notice this within days, and they tell you.
You stop being the bottleneck.
Right now, things wait for you. Decisions, approvals, the one process only you fully understand. When those steps run without you, your calendar stops being a queue, and you get back the thing you can't buy more of.
You grow without the panic that usually comes with it.
More clients stops meaning more chaos. The next ten don't require the next hire, and you stop deciding whether to take on work based on whether your team can survive it.
That's the outcome. Not a technology upgrade, a business that costs you less to run.
How it works
Three conversations and a clear answer.
Everything happens over Google Meet. No consultants in your office, no disruption to anyone's week.
We look at how the work actually happens.
Not the org chart, not the process document, the real thing. We sit with the people who do the repetitive work and watch them do it, screen shared. This is where the findings come from, and it's usually the first time anyone has looked at it end to end.
We rank what's worth fixing.
Every workflow gets scored on how often it runs, how long it takes, what it costs when it goes wrong, and how realistic it is to change. You get a ranked list, not a wish list.
You get a decision, not a report.
For each thing worth fixing, one clear answer: adopt, build, spec, or leave it alone.
The four answers
Every finding ends in one of four things.
Adopt.
A tool that already exists and already solves this. Nothing to build, nothing to wait for. We name it, and we tell you how it needs to be set up for the way your team actually works. We take no commission from any tool we recommend, if we name it, it's because it's the right one.
Build.
Something small and specific, made for the exact workflow it replaces. Not a platform. Not another subscription you'll forget you're paying for. A tool the size of the problem.
Spec.
For the bigger fixes, a written brief, what to build, why, and what it has to do. Detailed enough to hand to any developer, so you're never locked into one.
Leave alone.
Some things shouldn't be automated. Low volume, high judgment, or simply not worth the cost of changing. We'll tell you which, and you'll save the money you would have spent finding out.
Pricing
Three depths. Fixed price. The audit itself is never a subscription.
Basic
€500 , €2,000
One session, one problem. Three to five tools recommended for the thing that's costing you most right now. For when you already know where it hurts.
Growth
€2,000 , €5,000
The full workflow audit. Multiple sessions across your team, a ranked list of everything worth fixing, and a three-month plan for doing it in the right order.
Transformation
€5,000 , €60,000+
Everything in Growth, plus custom development for the findings that need something built.
The audit is a deliverable, not a subscription, you pay once and you own what you get. If we end up building and running something for you, that carries its own cost, quoted separately and clearly, before anything is built. You'll never find a monthly charge you didn't agree to.
Who this isn't for
We'll tell you if there's nothing here.
If your team is small enough or your work varied enough that there's no repetitive workload worth automating, an audit won't find one, and we'll say so on the first call rather than after you've paid.
We also don't do AI compliance or regulatory audits. If you need someone to certify that an AI system is safe or legally compliant, that's a different service and we're not it.
Objections
The questions we hear most.
That's the usual starting point. Tools get adopted one at a time, by whoever was curious, without anyone checking whether they fit the workflow around them. The audit looks at the workflow first and the tool second, which is the order that was missed the first time.
Who we are
Who's actually doing this.
aiaudit.md is part of Corelio AI group. We've run this audit around fifteen times. We also build software and websites, which is why we can tell you honestly when something isn't worth building. The person on your first call is the person doing your audit.
Find out which one you need
A short call
costs you nothing.
A short call first, to check there's something here worth auditing. If there isn't, we'll tell you, and it costs you nothing to find out.
