aiaudit.md is operated by Corelio AI group, the data controller for information processed through this site and during audit engagements. Contact: hello@aiaudit.md.
What we collect.
From the site: anonymized traffic metrics (page views, referrer, country) to understand what people read. No personal identifiers, no cross-site trackers.
From bookings and email: your name, email, and anything you write to us. Stored for as long as we're working together, plus the retention window our accounting requires.
From audit engagements: whatever your team shows us during sessions, workflow notes, screenshots, tool inventories. Treated as confidential material under our terms.
What we don't do.
No advertising cookies. No fingerprinting. No sharing your data with brokers. No AI training on your private engagement material.
Your rights.
Under GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, or portability. Email us and we'll act within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
Subprocessors.
Email hosting, video conferencing, and calendar booking rely on third-party providers under GDPR-compliant data-processing agreements. A current list is available on request.
Retention.
Session notes and recordings from an audit are destroyed at the end of the engagement, or sooner on request. Invoicing records are kept for the statutory period required by applicable tax law.
