Service · Leave alone

The most honest finding
is often "don't."

Some tasks aren't worth automating. Too low volume, too much judgment, too high a cost of getting it wrong. Every audit has at least one, and the money you save by not building it is real money.

We give this finding the same weight as the others. It gets a page, a rationale, and a clear "revisit this if X changes" clause.

What tends to belong here.

Client-specific negotiations. Ambiguous exception handling. Anything that runs three times a year. Emotional or sensitive communication. Judgment calls where the person's reputation is the point.

Why this saves money.

Automation projects that shouldn't have started still get billed, launched, and maintained. Naming them as "leave alone" up front is often the single most valuable line in the audit.

Want a second opinion before you build?

Book a first call. Sometimes the whole audit answer is 'don't do it,' and that's fine.
