Terms of Service.

aiaudit.md is a service of Corelio AI group, referenced at corelio.ai and corelio.digital. All invoices, deliverables, and communications are issued under the Corelio AI group brand.

Each audit is bound to a written proposal describing the tier, price, turnaround, and deliverables. Anything outside that scope, additional sessions, custom development, ongoing operation of built tools, is quoted separately and only begins once approved in writing.

Fixed-price. 50% on start, 50% on delivery, unless the proposal states otherwise. Invoices are payable within 14 days. Deliverables remain the property of Corelio AI group until the invoice is settled, at which point they transfer to you.

Everything you show us during the audit is treated as confidential. We do not publish company names, screenshots, workflow details, or results without written permission. Our notes and recordings are destroyed on request at any time.

We take no referral fees or affiliate commissions from any tool we recommend. If a piece of software appears in your findings, it's because it solves the problem, not because it pays us.

Recommendations are advisory. You retain final authority over which tools to adopt, which changes to make, and how to operate them. Our total liability for any engagement is capped at the fees paid for that engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Corelio AI group's registered jurisdiction. Disputes are resolved first through good-faith discussion; failing that, in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
