Method

Watch. Name. Answer.

Every audit follows the same three steps, in the same order, whichever tier you're on. What changes with tier is depth, how many workflows we cover and how far we go on each.

1. Watch, sessions with people doing the work.

Every company has two process maps: the one drawn in the document, and the one that actually happens. The gap between them is where the wasted hours live. You can't find that gap in a meeting with management. So we sit with the operators, over video, and watch.

Basic: one session. Growth: three to eight sessions across the team. Transformation: as many as the scope requires.

2. Name, every workflow, ranked.

Findings get turned into a ranked list: highest cost to lowest, highest confidence to lowest, cheapest to fix to most expensive. You see the whole picture before we recommend anything.

3. Answer, one of four, per finding.

Adopt an existing tool. Build a small one. Write a spec so anyone can build it. Leave it alone. Each finding ends in exactly one of these, with the reasoning attached.

Everything remote.

No consultants on-site, no travel cost passed to you. Video calls in Romanian or English. Notes, recordings, and deliverables shared through channels you control.

Curious if there's something to find?

Book a first call. If there's nothing worth auditing, we'll say so and neither of us wastes a week.
