Corelio is three things under one roof. We build websites, we build automation systems, and, here, we audit how companies work and tell them where AI actually fits.
Those three exist together for a reason. Most people who audit your workflows can't build anything, so their recommendations stay theoretical. Most people who build things have something to sell you, so the audit always concludes you need what they build. We do both, which means we can say "adopt this tool instead," or "leave this alone entirely," without it costing us anything.
We take no commission from any tool we recommend. If a piece of software shows up in your findings, it's there because it solves your problem, not because it pays us.
Why we start by watching.
Every company has two versions of its processes: the one in the document, and the one that actually happens. The gap between them is where the wasted hours live, and you can't find it in a meeting with management. So we sit with the people doing the work and watch them do it. It's unglamorous, and it's the whole method.
What we're honest about.
We've run this audit around fifteen times, which is how we know the method works and what makes a finding actually get acted on rather than filed away.
What we don't have yet is a wall of client logos and outcome numbers. We'd rather tell you that than invent a case study. When we have results we have permission to share, they'll appear here, and not before.
We also won't take money for an audit that won't find anything. If your work is too varied or your team too small for automation to make a difference, we'll say so on the first call.
